A customizable desktop calendar

Rainlendar is a lightweight, effective calendar that keeps track of all your important events. The program can also be scheduled to trigger an alarm whenever an important event is approaching, so you don’t miss that important date again! Rainlendar integrates with Outlook calendar and can be customized with skins.

Hello!
I like the Rainlendar but I have got a problem, One day the calender disappeared from my desktop and I do not know why.
I downloaded the Rainlendar and installed it again but now I can not put in any events.
The OK button is gray even when I have filled in all data in the event form and if I click on the “Calendars” I have none to chose.
When I start the computer a message “ Do you want to start another instance? Rainlendar seems to be already running. You can start another instance by selecting “Yes”.
It sems to me as my first installation of Rainlendar , or part of it, is still resident in the computer, although I can not find it.
What do I do to completely erase Rainlendar from the computer, to be able to reinstall it.
I use Windows XP.

Hi Lennart,
I’m not sure what is wrong with your Rainlendar installation. My advice is to search Windows Registry for any Rainlendar entries left, use an alternative add/remove software tool to uninstall it (in case the native Windows app doesn’t work) and if you’re still unable to remove it, contact the program’s developers. Maybe they can help you further
Cheers,
Elena

Hi, I’m having the same problem with Rainlendar.
I installed it and sometimes when I start my computer this message appears: “Do you want to start another instance?”
I already removed the file that was indicated to me in case of this error, but i doesnt solved the problem.
Note: I’m using Ubuntu Linux O.S.
Thanks in advance,
